General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mbi66 ("Platform" or "We"), operating under international licensing. This document governs all aspects of mbi66 platform use, including the website, mobile application and any related services we offer.

mbi66 provides an online gambling platform covering sports betting, online slots, live casino and various games available to players in Malaysia. All these services are subject to the terms stated here as well as any additional rules we may publish from time to time.

These terms are supplementary to and do not replace any applicable laws or regulations. Should there be any conflict between these terms and any applicable law, that law will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

Account Registration and Management

Age Eligibility: mbi66 account registration is limited to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. mbi66 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.

One Account Per User: Each individual is only allowed to register and maintain one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If proven, mbi66 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any credit balances.

Personal Information: All information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address and bank account number, must be accurate, truthful and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal information whenever changes occur.

Password and Security: You are fully responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential from others. mbi66 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs in your account before you report theft or compromise is entirely your responsibility.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Minimum Limits: The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal transaction is RM50. There is no different minimum limit by payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods: The mbi66 platform accepts the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Malaysia's local digital wallet
• DuitNow — real-time transfer via phone number or IC number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — online banking covering various local banks
• Crypto: USDT (Tether), BTC (Bitcoin) and ETH (Ethereum)

Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved. This timeframe is subject to compliance checks and technical factors beyond mbi66's control.

Identity Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, mbi66 reserves the right to request user identity verification in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Refusal to provide the required documents may result in the withdrawal being held.

Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for crypto deposits and withdrawals which use the current market exchange rate.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

Welcome Bonus: mbi66 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before winnings can be withdrawn. In that example, RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 must be wagered first.

VIP Programme: mbi66 offers a VIP programme with four tiers that provide weekly cashback to loyal members:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression in the VIP programme depends on your betting activity over time. mbi66 reserves the right to determine upgrade eligibility based on overall account activity.

General Promotion Terms: All promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. mbi66 reserves the right to change, withdraw or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

User Responsibilities and Restrictions

As an mbi66 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering fake accounts or using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the gaming system
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system in table games or live casino
• Money laundering or using the mbi66 platform for any illegal activity
• Sharing an account with another individual, whether a family member or acquaintance
• Accessing the platform from regions or countries where its use is prohibited by local laws

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable. mbi66 reserves the right to act at its own discretion in determining the appropriate follow-up action.

Personal Data Protection

Platform Liability Limits

mbi66 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or temporary platform downtime for maintenance
• Internet connection failures on the user's end
• Losses incurred from bets placed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or processing failures by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers

Under no circumstances will mbi66's total liability to you exceed the amount of the active deposit held in your account at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting mbi66 customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Closure by mbi66: mbi66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any of the terms in this document
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• The user provided false information during registration
• Required by a regulatory body or authority

Effect of Closure: When an account is closed due to a violation, mbi66 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real money, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

Responsible Gambling
